Faroese salmon is farmed in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, with cold stable temperatures and a steady current. In order to utilise as much of the fish as possible, the salmon fillet is cut according to the size of the fish and therefore never has the same width, thickness or length, it is a natural product.
