Contract conclusion
The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply to the conclusion of the contract. An order is completed when it has been settled with an accepted means of payment.
Prices / Means of payment
The prices result from the prices published under zwyercaviar.com MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, Post E-Finance, advance payment and invoice (payable within 10 days) are accepted as means of payment.
Availability, prior sale and price changes are expressly reserved.
Delivery
All deliveries are made exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The orders are sent by Express Moon.
The goods remain the property of ZwyerCaviar AG until full payment is received.
Shipping costs
Orders up to CHF 300.00 will be charged a flat rate of CHF 20.00 shipping costs. Orders over CHF 300.00 are free of shipping costs.
Complaints
Damaged deliveries must be reported to ZwyerCaviar AG by telephone or in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

All personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
